These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8kbd1 ("8kbd1", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8kbd1 platform, including the website at https://8kbd1.app, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any applications or services offered by 8kbd1 (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree", "Accept", or equivalent confirmation during registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms without modification or reservation.
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 (Age Restriction & Eligibility).
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

8kbd1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8kbd1 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, and conditions applicable to individual games, promotions, tournaments, or features offered on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the game-specific or promotion-specific rules will prevail for matters directly related to that game or promotion, and these Terms will govern all other matters.

2.1 Minimum Age. The 8kbd1 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform. 8kbd1 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

2.2 Age Verification. 8kbd1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the registration process or at any subsequent time during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by 8kbd1 will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the return of uninvested deposit funds.

2.3 Additional Eligibility Requirements. In addition to the minimum age requirement, to be eligible to use 8kbd1 you must:

2.4 Consequences of Underage Gambling. If 8kbd1 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, it will immediately suspend the account, investigate the circumstances, and report the matter as required by its internal policies. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited. Deposits made by an underage player may be returned to the original payment source at 8kbd1's discretion, net of any bonuses claimed.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming features on 8kbd1, you are required to complete the account registration process on the Platform. 3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one 8kbd1 account. If your personal details change (for example, a new mobile number or bank account), you must update your profile immediately. 8kbd1 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party or allow any third party to use your account. You agree to notify 8kbd1 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 8kbd1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 8kbd1 may at any time request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, or source of funds as part of its KYC process. This may include, but is not limited to, a copy of your National ID card, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and documentation evidencing the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within any stated deadline may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gaming privileges until the process is completed.

Account Status Definitions

• Active: Account in good standing with no restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
• Pending Verification: Account awaiting KYC document review — deposits may be permitted but withdrawals are restricted.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free spin winnings credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full. Real-money funds deposited into your account that are not part of a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions in Section 4.

5.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 8kbd1 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the bonus, the terms applicable at the time of the claim will continue to apply to that player's bonus balance.

6.1 General Obligations. By using the 8kbd1 Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• Provide accurate and truthful information to 8kbd1 at all times.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Inform 8kbd1 promptly of any changes to your personal details.

• Take full responsibility for all bets and transactions placed on your account.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8kbd1 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.

• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy technology to circumvent such restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 8kbd1 staff or other players.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or redistributing any content, data, or intellectual property from the Platform without prior written consent from 8kbd1.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 8kbd1 reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the offending account; void any bets or wagers placed during the period of prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit any winnings or bonuses accumulated; recover any costs or losses caused to 8kbd1 as a result of the prohibited conduct; and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

7.1 Game Providers. 7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. 8.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, access to the Platform is revoked. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 8kbd1 will attempt to notify the registered email address before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance, in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Once an account balance reaches zero, the dormant account may be closed.

8.5 Reopening of Accounts. A player whose account has been closed by their own request (other than self-exclusion) may apply to reopen the account by contacting support. Accounts closed by 8kbd1 for breach of these Terms are generally not eligible for reinstatement. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement are subject to the cooling-off periods and reinstatement procedures described in the Responsible Gaming section.

9.1 Governing Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail.

9.2 Dispute Resolution. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within five business days. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8kbd1's liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your 8kbd1 account at the time the claim arose. 8kbd1 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

9.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

9.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules applicable to your account, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8kbd1 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
